My company hired Black Diamond for our annual gathering last month and honestly the planning phase was more stressful than it should have been. The initial consultation was fine but once we got into the details, responses to my emails became slower and slower until I had to keep chasing them up. Event day itself sha went okay in the end but I spent half the time worried things would fall apart because of how disorganized the lead up was. I no go lie, they delivered what we paid for but the stress and back and forth means I can't really recommend them when there's probably better options out there.
