Been coming here for months now and the exchange rates are fair I won't lie but abeg the whole process takes forever. Last time I wanted to convert some naira to crypto, the verification alone took almost two hours before anybody actually attended to me properly. The app works fine when it works but when network is slow or NEPA takes light the whole thing just hangs there. I'll keep using them because the rates are better than other places but they really need to sort out their customer service sha.
