Frequent customer here and I must say the medical items Bio Med Africa imports are legit quality sha. But their ordering system needs serious work because last month I placed an order and waited almost two weeks for confirmation when they said three days. The staff at their office were helpful when I finally got through to someone but abeg the communication between departments is nonexistent. Would order again because the products are solid but the back and forth is wearing my patience thin.
