Came to check out their university pathway services since my cousin was asking around and I wanted to see what they offer. The staff actually knew what they were talking about which was refreshing, and they had proper materials to show me about the different programs. Thing is sha, I sat there for almost an hour before anyone even acknowledged me even though it wasnt that busy, and by the time they attended to me I was already frustrated. The styling hub side looked decent enough but if customer service is this slow you wonder what the actual processing time for applications will be like.
