The counselor was knowledgeable and explained everything clear clear about the styling and pathway options, which I appreciated since I'm considering options for my kids. My only gripe is they made me wait almost an hour just to start the consultation even though I had an appointment, and by the time we finished I was already tired. The service itself is solid but the waiting game is frustrating for someone like me working shifts at the hospital.
