Wasn't even planning to switch payroll systems but my accountant kept pushing so I finally tried Bento Africa. The software itself is solid, easy to use and it actually saved me time managing my staff records and payments which was the whole point. My only real complaint is when I had questions early on, took them almost a week to respond to my email and that annoyed me small small because I needed answers faster. Overall though I'm keeping it, just wish their support team moved with more speed.
