Been using Benet I.T for our office website hosting for about 8 months now and the service is actually reliable. Uptime has been good and technical support comes through when there's an issue, but abeg their response time during business hours can be slow sometimes. Last month I had a problem with my domain settings and had to call three times before someone picked up to help me out. Overall they know their ICT solutions well, just wish their customer service team moved faster because that part can frustrate you.
