Came for a consultation about their digital health services and the setup looked promising at first. But honestly waiting almost an hour to speak with someone when they said 20 minutes really tested my patience that day. The consultant knew her stuff and explained things clearly which I appreciated, but then nobody followed up after like they promised and trying to reach them for questions has been a whole wahala. Good idea what they're doing here but the execution needs serious work.
