Been coming here for years and the shoes themselves sha still hold up well, no lie. But last time I came to buy slippers for my work, the girl at the counter didn't even look up when I walked in, just kept scrolling her phone for a good five minutes before I had to cough loudly. The prices have gone up since my last visit and for what they're charging now, that kind of treatment is not acceptable honestly. They have good products but the customer service needs serious work because I'm thinking twice before coming back.
