Frequent customer here and I must say the consistency is what gets me. Every time I order their products the quality never dips which for me as someone who cares about what I'm spending money on means everything. Their customer care team actually picks up when you call too unlike other places, and they sorted out my last concern in less than two days. Won't lie this place has earned my loyalty.
Wasn't even planning to come but my boss at the construction site was talking about them and I got curious. The people there treated me well when I came asking questions about what they do, very patient with my questions even though I'm just a bricklayer trying to understand their business. I no go lie, they know their industry well but the prices they charge for everything is something else entirely. Four stars because they're solid at what they do, just wish a regular person like me could afford to engage with them more regular.
