My friend dragged me here to check out their audio speakers and I won't lie, the quality is actually impressive when you test them out in person. The sound clarity and the bass boost feature sef did exactly what it promised so that part was legit good. But abeg the waiting time to get attended to was something else entirely, almost 45 minutes before anybody came to help me properly and by then I was already vexed. For a place selling innovative technology like this, you'd expect the customer service side to match but it didn't match at all sha.
