Wasn't even planning to come but my company needed industrial chemicals and they came recommended so I made the trip to their office. The products themselves are legit and exactly what we needed for our work but getting someone to actually attend to me took almost an hour sha. One guy at the desk kept saying he was coming back and never showed his face again until I had to ask another staff member. For a global company this size I expected better customer service because the waiting game was real that day.
