I've been using Badagry Council for some of their administrative services since I transferred to Kaduna and honestly they handle things well. The staff are helpful and the whole process is organized compared to what I expected from a council office. My only issue sha is that every single time I go there I wait for almost an hour before anyone attends to you even when the place isn't that busy, and that gets frustrating when you're on your lunch break from work. Otherwise it's a decent spot to get your community matters sorted but just prepare yourself for the wait.
