Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway and honestly the arbitration team knew what they were doing when they handled my case. The issue sha is that everything moves at snail pace here, I waited almost two weeks just for initial feedback on a commercial dispute I brought to them. Staff were helpful when you eventually get their attention but the whole process felt unnecessarily drawn out for what should have been faster. I no go lie they delivered results but dem could have been more efficient about it.
