Been with AXA Mansard for about two years now as a pharmacist covering my family's health needs and honestly the premiums are reasonable compared to other providers I checked. The coverage itself is solid when you actually need it but getting them to process claims is like pulling teeth, I submitted documents in January and as of last month they were still asking for the same papers I already sent. Customer service on the phone line kept putting me on hold and the lady I finally spoke to couldn't even explain why there was a delay, just kept saying it's under review. Good product but the wahala of getting paid back makes me question if it's worth the stress.
