Been with AVON for almost a year now and I'll be honest the health coverage itself is decent but abeg the claims process is something else. Last month I went for a checkup and they approved it quick but when it came time to reimburse me it took three weeks of calling back and forth before my money came through. The staff at their office in Benin are polite enough sha but they make everything so complicated with forms and waiting around when you just want to get sorted. I'm still keeping my membership because the coverage is actually reasonable for the price but don't expect anything smooth when you actually need to use it.
