Took a lot of convincing to try this place for my nephew honestly, but the gourmet approach to basic education and how they customize everything sha got me interested. The teaching staff really know their onions and the curriculum structure is actually thoughtful, which impressed me. My issue though is the administrative side — communication about fees and schedules is all over the place, I had to follow up multiple times before getting straight answers. For what they charge, the back office operations need serious work because the good teaching is being let down by poor organization.
