Came to inquire about their programs as a mature student looking to upskill and the academic staff were actually knowledgeable about what they offer, which impressed me sha. But abeg, the administrative side of things is where they lose you completely because I spent almost three hours just trying to get enrolled and nobody seemed to know what documents I actually needed. The research facilities they have are decent if you can navigate past all the bureaucracy, but honestly for someone like me who's busy with my fashion business, the back and forth is frustrating. They have solid content but their systems need serious work because a university this size shouldn't make registration feel like applying for a visa.
