Long time customer dropping a review finally because ATC has been handling the infrastructure work well over here in Yola and the sites they manage are solid I won't lie. The towers are stable and the work they do behind the scenes keeps things running, but abeg their customer communication is something else. You call them with questions about site access or project timelines and nobody responds for days, then when they do it's like pulling teeth to get straight answers. Still giving them four stars because the actual work is quality, but they need to sort out how they talk to people requesting information about their services.
