The advice was solid and they didn't rush through like some places do but abeg the back and forth took forever, had to follow up multiple times before getting the final report. Good insights on what we should be doing differently but for the price and the timeline involved I expected faster turnaround. Mixed feelings because the strategy makes sense but the service delivery left me hanging too long.
