Reluctantly agreed to come here and honestly the counselor I saw was actually patient with me and explained things in a way I could understand. But chai the whole process took almost two hours when they told me 45 minutes, so I was sitting there just staring at the wall sha. The place itself is clean and quiet which I appreciated but that wait time made me question if I want to come back. For the price they charge abeg you'd think they could manage time better.
