I've flown with Arik a few times now and the actual flight experience is always solid I won't lie. But abeg their staff at the airport terminal sha, especially during check-in, they move so slowly like nobody is watching them. Last time I was there waiting almost 40 minutes just to drop my bag and by the time they called my flight I was already vexed. Good airline overall but they need to train their people on speed and efficiency.
