Came to sort out some shipping documentation for work and the whole process sha took longer than it should have. The staff knew what they were doing I'll give them that, but the wait time before anyone attended to me was close to an hour even though I had an appointment. One officer explained everything clearly which I appreciated, but by then I was already frustrated with how disorganized the whole thing felt. Won't say don't use them but abeg have patience if you're coming here.
