Came for a quick wellness consultation and the facilities were actually nice, clean environment and the staff seemed knowledgeable sha. But abeg the waiting time is something else even with an appointment, I sat there almost 45 minutes before anyone called my name and by then I was already vexed. The HMO processing itself went smoothly once they got to me but honestly that long wait almost put me off coming back. Mixed feelings because when they attended to me the service was fine but the disorganization at the front desk needs fixing.
