I've tried this place for months now and their health insurance plans are solid, covers what they promise and the claims processing is actually faster than I expected. The only thing that annoyed me is their online portal for checking policy details is slow and confusing, took me almost 20 minutes just to download my policy document when it should take two minutes max. Staff at their office are helpful when you call them though, so that makes up for it somewhat. Overall na decent service, just wish they fix that portal thing.
