Came to pay a bill nearby and decided to handle some stuff at Apapa Council same time. The lady at the counter didn't rush me through even though others were waiting, she took time to explain which forms I needed and what the whole process was about. That kind of patience sha is rare these days. Definitely coming back when I need to sort anything else out.
