Didn't have high hopes honestly but I looked into Andela because my cousin kept saying they connect African tech people to international companies. The idea is solid and I get why people are interested, but my own experience with their matching and communication was frustrating sha. They paired me with opportunities that didn't align with my actual skills at all, and getting feedback on why certain matches didn't work out was like pulling teeth. I'm not saying don't bother, but they need to improve how they understand what their candidates can actually do before throwing names at companies.
