First time in a long while and came back to find things running pretty smoothly sha. The staff were helpful when they finally got to me and the whole administrative process wasn't as painful as I remembered it being. My only real complaint is that I sat there for almost 45 minutes before anyone attended to me even though it wasn't even busy that day, which was frustrating for someone who just wanted to sort out a quick issue and get back to work.
