Good work on social media but communication can be better

Been using Amplify Digital for about three months now to handle my bank's Instagram and Facebook, and honestly they've done a solid job growing our engagement and getting actual customers through the posts. The content they create is sharp and they understand the banking space which is rare. My only gripe sha is that getting responses from them takes forever—I'll send a message asking for changes or updates and sometimes I'm waiting two, three days before they reply when I need things turned around quick for trending moments. Still, the results speak for themselves so I can't complain too much.
