Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly I'm glad my colleague wouldn't let it go. The practical skills they teach actually made sense unlike some of the management theories we studied in school, and the instructors sha know what they're talking about when it comes to real workplace situations. What got me most was how they broke down handling difficult staff members because that's been my biggest headache as a young teacher trying to manage older colleagues. Worth the time and money, I've already told three other people about it.
