I came here to handle some debt recovery matters and honestly the staff knew what they were doing. The guy who attended to me explained everything clearly and the whole process was straightforward, no wahala. My only gripe is I sat down for almost two hours before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment. For a place handling serious financial stuff, they could do better with managing their time and getting people seen faster.
