Had to come for some medical procedures at Alpha Med Africa after my doctor referred me and honestly I wasn't expecting much but the whole setup was proper. The doctors and nurses actually took time to explain everything before they did anything which put me at ease because usually you just lie there wondering what's happening. From consultation to the actual care, everybody knew what they were doing and it showed. For someone like me working as civil servant without all the money in the world, I appreciated that they didn't rush me through just to see the next patient.
