I've been with Allianz for about two years now managing my coverage and honestly it's been solid. Claims process was faster than I expected and the agents actually knew what they were talking about when I called with questions. My one gripe sha is their online portal is clunky. Simple things like updating my policy details or checking claim status took me longer than it should have and I had to call them twice just to figure out where things were. Good company overall but they need to fix that website sef.
