Review Time
Took a lot of convincing to try this place for my daughter and honestly the setup is nice sha. The learning environment looks organized and the staff seemed genuinely interested in the kids when we visited, but abeg the admin process took forever and nobody was clear about the schedule or what exactly happens daily. For what they charge monthly it's not cheap, and I expected things to be more smooth than this. Still considering it but I'm watching how they handle things first before I commit fully.
Took a lot of convincing to try this place and I'm still not sure it was worth it honestly. The learning setup itself looks nice and the kids seem engaged when I peeped at the activities, but the person who attended to me when I came to inquire about enrollment was so disorganized it was frustrating. She couldn't answer basic questions about the schedule and fees without having to call someone else, and I waited almost 30 minutes for information that should take 5 minutes. If the actual teaching is better than the customer service then maybe it's worth a shot, but first impressions matter abeg.
