Came to check out Alerzo after hearing they connect shops to brands and the concept is solid I won't lie. But honestly the whole setup took longer than it should have and nobody really explained how things work until I kept asking questions. The platform itself works when it works but I've had times where orders went through slow and communication from their end sha leaves much to be desired. For a farmer trying to stock my small shop better this could be useful but they need to make the process less complicated if they want people like me to stick around.
