Came to inquire about their programmes last month and the staff were helpful explaining everything about the courses and what to expect. The facilities look proper and you can tell they take academics serious but abeg their admission office needs serious reorganization. I waited almost two hours just to submit my documents when the lady told me 30 minutes, and nobody was coordinating anything. Still planning to enroll sha because the school itself is solid, just sort out that admission bottleneck.
I've been sending my kids to Al-Qalam for their courses and honestly the quality of instruction is solid. The lecturers actually know their stuff and they don't just rush through the material like some universities sha. What really got me though was how the admissions officer took time to explain everything to me without making me feel like I'm wasting their time, unlike other places where you're just a number. Worth every naira for what they offer.
