Needed some diagnostic work done and I'll be honest sha, the equipment and setup looked proper. But waiting time was something else entirely. I sat there for almost two hours before they even called my name and by then I was already frustrated. The staff could smile more when patients come in because nobody greeted me properly when I walked through that door.
