Used to be my go-to for traveling but this last trip had me second guessing things honestly. The check-in process moved fast enough and the staff were polite but then I got on the plane and the cabin felt cramped plus my seat was broken, seat wouldn't recline at all. Flight got us to destination on time which I'll give them credit for but for what they charge for tickets these days, I expected better maintenance on the aircraft sef. Not saying don't fly with them but go in with your eyes open because they've got good days and rough days.
