Long time customer dropping a review finally because I've been working with them on institutional deals for about two years now. The properties they have are solid and their staff actually know their stuff when they eventually get to you, but abeg the waiting period to get proper attention is something else. Last month I came in with my firm to discuss a commercial space and waited almost an hour before anyone sat with us even though I had called ahead. Besides that frustration the whole process moved smoothly once we got moving, so I can't complain too much overall.
