Came to inquire about exporting some agricultural products and the team was actually helpful with explaining how they work. They walked me through the whole process and answered my questions better than I expected honestly. My only gripe is they take forever to respond to follow-up messages on WhatsApp even though na their job, so I ended up calling instead which wasted my time. Overall though if you're serious about agro exports they know their thing, just don't expect quick replies.
