Used to be my go to for sending money to my suppliers abroad but last month the app crashed right in the middle of my transaction and I lost like 45 minutes sorting it out. The rates they offer are competitive sha and customer service eventually sorted me out but honestly the technical issues make the whole thing frustrating. I've done maybe 5 transfers with them but each time there's something small going wrong either with the app or the confirmation taking too long. For a business that does cross border payments you'd expect their system to be solid but I'm already looking at other options abeg.
