I wasn't sure at first but my friend dragged me to one of their conversation sessions last month and abeg I was impressed. They really get into the meat of development problems on the continent instead of just surface level talk, and I appreciated that as someone who thinks about these things regularly. One thing that stood out was how they let everyone speak their own mind without shutting people down, even when opinions were different sha. Worth your time if you care about where Africa is heading.
