Came to them for business strategy advice after my hospital colleague recommended them sha. The consultants actually understood healthcare sector challenges which impressed me at first, but the whole engagement felt rushed and they didnt really follow up after giving their initial recommendations. For the amount I paid, I expected more detailed implementation support and check-ins but got radio silence after the final report. Not terrible but not worth the price they charging either honestly.
