Came for a consultation on a reinsurance matter and the staff was polite enough but the whole process took longer than it should have sha. They explained things clearly which I appreciated but by the time everything was finalized I had spent almost three hours there when they said it would be one. The service itself was solid I won't complain but the waiting around and lack of urgency got to me. Not sure if I'll be back or if I'll try somewhere else next time honestly.
