The process was straightforward sha and the staff actually explained things clearly which I appreciated but the interest rates they quoted me were honestly higher than I expected for a microfinance place. Waited almost an hour before anyone attended to me and when I finally got my application processed the whole vibe felt rushed like they just wanted my money and move to the next person. Would I come back? Maybe if I exhaust other options but im not convinced they offer value for what you're paying abeg.
