Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after and honestly the facilities look proper with the radiology equipment and all that. But chai the waiting time sha nearly killed me, almost two hours just sitting there before I was attended to and they said it was not even a busy day. The staff could smile more when patients walk in instead of looking like we owe them money but the doctors that eventually saw me knew their work. Mixed feelings because the medical side is solid but the customer service part needs serious work abeg.
