Data is good but customer service is frustrating

Used to be my go-to for data bundles but recently the service has been disappointing sha. Last time I went to renew my plan, the staff at the counter took almost 30 minutes to attend to me even though there was no queue, and when she finally did she barely explained the different packages available. The network itself works fine and the data speeds are solid which is why I'm not dropping them completely, but this attitude toward customers needs to change.
